30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original contents and accessories.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

  Non-returnable items

  For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or heavily used hair removal sprays.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

    Damaged or incorrect orders

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    To help us process your request quickly, please include:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue

    If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
